On a seperate note, we heard also that two colleagues from CCL have tendered their resignation recently.

anyway enuf of rubbish, andrew asked me to put up one of  my blogpost with  regards to the Gala Dinner event companies’ pitch session last wk, tot u guys (fr other div) might want to be updated abt the latest “proceedings” of this Mega Event of the Year hehe. Some of the SMa folks hv my blog so u might hv seen this post b4 liaoz, nonetheless, for the rest, enjoyz

The event companies came for the pitch session today, and some of them actually had the audacity not to come prepared! goodness me! u mean u dunno u shd impress us during the pitch? faint.

Event co 1: oh i dun hv video clip wif me…
committee: huh! then how? u mean we hv to imagine how she sings? dance?
Event co 1: initially prepared, but 4got to bring, cos i was late
me: ………….
Event co 1: if this is the case, thanks 4 giving me the chance to present.
committee: faint.
(sounded like she 1 2 give up liaoz…cheez)

Event co 2: oh we CANT anyhow record video ..
comm: why?
Event co 2: just cant. But we can assure u they r gd
comm: verbal assurance?

I assumed they shd b professional enuf!!!!! grr.
anyway, the very last co was gd. had everytthing see?
Prior to this, they asked me why were they arranged last to present, well i scheduled by alphabetical order, fair and square. They were skeptical abt it.
wat i told them was: it doesnt matter u r scheduled wat time, if u r gd, u r gd. If u can impress, I put u middle, last, front, no diff..agree?

and btw, if u happen to hv been selected for some kinda presentation, pls dress nicely. at least neatly.
Event co 1, made me faint.

Her bra strap slipped towards her elbow in the midst of her presentation!!!!!

Flooded day@SMa

Yesterday, SMarians came to work and was greeted by a flood. Here are some pictures contributed by kind SMarians….

Heavy rain or no rain, SMa staff are dedicated bunch that will brave any storm to serve their members. Ha ha ha…. KNS! =P

Besides this being the first entry, this is also the ground-breaking launch of SMa STOMP! *clap clap clap*
